This one can be done with a badminton racket for the younger players and a squash racket for the older players only. If you use a squash racket, remember, it is a lot heavier so don't do it for too long, say 10 hits at a time, then rest. Look at Anthony's stance and how he hits everything in front of him, without any back swing. Have a go!

Success in ACDBL Singles Tournament

This year LJBC had an excellent number of entries into the ACDBL singles tournament, over 4 different age categories. Many of our members won a number of games in the group stages, and for those who may have entered this tournament for the 1st time have gained invaluable tournament competition experience. Well done to all those who entered, in particular, Siddhi who won the U14 Girls A Section, winning all of her games and also to Leo who reached the final of the U16 Boys B Section, narrowly missing out and coming runner-up. A great effort by all.
