This one can be done with a badminton racket for the younger players and a squash racket for the older players only. If you use a squash racket, remember, it is a lot heavier so don't do it for too long, say 10 hits at a time, then rest. Look at Anthony's stance and how he hits everything in front of him, without any back swing. Have a go!
