All our our coaches have up to date DBS verification and update their Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications in line with Badminton England coaching requirements. They keep themselves up to date with current coaching ideas and aim to attend workshops and courses during the year.

As one of the older members of Lightwater Juniors, I am still enjoying the game as much as I did 50
years ago and I am pleased to be associated with such a vibrant and forward looking Junior Club.
When coaching, I feel it is important that I impart my love of game through making it fun and
encouraging competitiveness.
