Please see the proposed timings and entry form link below:
Sunday 8th February: U10, U14 and U18 age groups (Closing Date: 1st February)
Sunday 15th February: U12 and U16 age groups (Closing Date: 8th February)
Section times, but these are likely to be as follows, but may be subject to change:
Sunday 8th February
1:15pm - 3:30pm - U10 Unisex, U18 Open, U18 Girls
3:45pm - 6:30pm - U14 Open
4:15pm - 6:00pm - U14 Girls
Sunday 15th February
1:15pm - 3:30pm - U12 Open, U12 Girls
3:45pm - 5:30pm - U16 Girls
3:45pm - 6:30pm - U16 Open
The closing date for entries will be one week before the tournaments, which will be 1st February for the U10, U14 and U18 sections, and 8th February for the U12 and U16 sections.
Entries will be £8 per player entry and as before, LJBC will pay all entry fees for our members who wish to enter.
Unless a County player or advised otherwise, players should enter the B section.

Surrey Tournaments
​
For members who qualify for the Surrey tournament entry requirements (born, live, go to school in Surrey + correct age – see conditions of entry), please see below and attached the Surrey singles, mixed and level doubles tournament information and entry forms for the upcoming season.

U14 Singles, Doubles & Mixed - A and B sections

Section A is for any player with Surrey eligibility
Section B is for non-county squad players with Surrey eligibility
Entries will not be accepted after the closing date for entries. As the number of entries will be restricted, entries will be accepted on a first received and paid basis. Payment details are on the entry form.

Our non-county members should enter the B section, to avoid having to play County standard players. The B section will still be of a good standard.
If you enter the doubles, please organise and agree a partner before both players enter. If you do not have a partner but still wish to enter let us know and we may be able to suggest another club member. If not, please let the tournament organiser know and they may be able to match you up with another player in a similar situation from another club.

Berkshire Tournaments
Players can enter all 3 events (single, double, mixed) and play will conclude in one day.
Entry requirements consist of you having a 'compete' Badminton England Membership. In order to achieve this, you will have to upgrade your BE membership and pay for it separately. You will need to log into your BE account using your BE no. and add the complete insurance to their profile. Junior Singles Tournament
11th October 2025 - U19 (born 2007 or after)
25th October 2025 - U16 (born 2010 or after)
8th November 2025 - U12 (born 2014 or after)

Closing Dates:
3 days before event or when the player capacity limit has been reached. No refunds will be given after the closing date.

Hampshire Tournaments
​
To be eligible, players must meet one of the following criteria:
​
a) born in Hampshire
b) currently reside in Hampshire
c) are currently in full time education in Hampshire
d) have received a dispensation from Badminton England to play for Hampshire this season

The dates are as follows:
​
Saturday 6th Sept – U12 open to players born on/after 1st January 2014
Sunday 7th Sept – U16 open to players born on/after 1st January 2010
Saturday 13th Sept – U14 open to players born on/after 1st January 2012
Sunday 14th Sept – U18 open to players born on/after 1st January 2008

Please note that there will not be a junior trials this year, so all those wishing to be considered for the Junior County Squad are encouraged to enter the Junior Restricted. If you are unable to enter this event, please contact junior.county@hantsbadminton.net and we will try and organise to see you at another time.
